Rotec Aerosport celebrated its 25th year at EAA Oshkosh. Here are some of the many highlights:
-
Mark Borgerson’s R3600-powered Hatz Classic was on display with us throughout the week, and it was undoubtedly one of the highlights of the event. Mark’s stunning Hatz biplane perfectly showcased everything that makes our R3600 radial engine exceptional.

It was fantastic catching up with hundreds of past and present customers, and I truly enjoyed hearing about the progress of your projects.
-
Rotec had a record-breaking year in both sales and orders! Most of our stock was sold at the show, and by the end of the week, we didn’t have a single TBI left.
-
A huge thank you once again to Corrie and Walter from Accu-Tech! They run a local machine shop that takes care of our needs and stores our equipment before and after the show. Without their support, I don’t think Rotec could pull it off each year.

EAA Oshkosh 2019

Rotec Aerosport celebrated its 21st year at EAA Oshkosh. Here are some of the many highlights:
-
AC and Susan Hudson's flew there superb R3600 Hatz Bi-plane, the plane was on our booth most the week and was a huge hit, the aircraft judged well and won a well deserved Bronze Lindy!
-
Ted Myers flew in a well finished Kitfox S7, Again with R3600 power. This aircraft also judged well and must have been very close to winning an award, Ted's workmanship was excellent.

It was great to meet our loyal customers, to shake hands and discuss their experiences.
-
And a huge thank you to Mark "Bull" Maddox, for his help on the booth all week. Bull flew in from Lakeland FL to attend his first Oshkosh.

This year the Rotec Aerosport booth featured:

Brian Kelly's (FL) Magnificent R3600 powered RV8-R. This aircraft has to be seen to be believed. Brian has done an amazing job on this unique machine. A big thanks to him for allowing us to show his creation.

We once again had Radial engines, TBI, LCH on display and good orders were taken.
-
It was great to meet our loyal customers, to shake hands and discuss their experiences.
-
And a huge thanks to local Mark "Bull" Maddox, for his help on the booth all week. Bull had become an important part of of US based team. Thanks mate!

Sun n Fun 2016 was one of Rotec Aersport’s best shows ever, with the booth relocated in a prime position, having three show stopper aircraft on display, record crowds and near perfect weather all week.

A special congrats to Brian Kelly for winning the “Most Innovative, spirit of home building” award for his amazing RV-8R with the Rotec R3600 radial.

Tyabb 2016

This was Rotec's second public exhibition at the base located in Tyabb Airport, Australia. Live engine runs and assembly lines were on display for the public to observe and appreciate the Rotec facialities and the industry.

Paul Chernikeeff's plane's were on display: the Tandem Flybaby and the Kitfox 4 (incomplete).

A record number of engine and TBI orders were taken during the show, with some really exciting projects well under way.

The new TBI MKII made its debut and was on display for the first time along side Rotec’s other trademark products such as the R2800, R3600 and performance upgrade kits. Any sales made during the airshow enjoyed our special Sun & Fun offers and discounts, making great products even more enticing.

Rotec Aerosport at Oshkosh 2013. We were located at booth #627. The show ran from July the July 26th to August 4th 2013.
The show was a great success, most notably featuring the beautiful Spirit of St. Louis replica powered by an Rotec R2800.
